Returns policy

At Central Gemstones we understand that sometimes products may need to be returned. If you aren't happy with your purchase, we offer a 14 day return policy for all Gemstones. 

Eligibility for returns

• Items must be returned with 14 days of the delivery date
• Sapphires and Zircons must be in their original condition, free of chips, scratches, and not set

Any custom made jewellery pieces are non refundable, unless a clear manufacturing default has been identified. We'd be more than happy to provide a full refund if this is the case.

Returns Process and Considerations 

• Get in touch and request a return within 14 days of delivery 
• Buyers must return via a secure, tracked, and insured postage service. All shipping costs are the customers responsibilities 
• Products must be returned in their original packaging 
• Once received, Central Gemstones will inspect, and if approved, a refund will be processed within 5 business days 
• Refund payments will be made using the original payment method
